Hard Enamel Finish

This is the traditional manufacturing method of badge making. Each enamel colour is

oven baked at high temperature, air dried and then hand polished.
Although it is the most time consuming method, it produces the highest quality badge.

The original technique was developed by the Chinese more than 6,000 years ago to

make prestige ornaments.  Cloisonné items stand more as collectible jewels than just

basic promotional gifts.

Hard Enamel being a glass like material, Cloisonné pins last for a lifetime.

Off Set Printed Lapel Badges (PRINTED)

This process enables to print designs with gradient colours such as photos, paintings,

lithographies, ...  When the industry can provide 125 lines per inch resolution, we can

supply 250 lines per inch resolution prints.

Epoxy coating will be applied for enhanced protection.

When you have artwork with a wide range of colours or fine details, this is the perfect

manufacturing method.

Soft Enamel ( EPOXY COATED)

The soft enamel is baked at

lower temperatures than hard

enamel and does not require polishing.

Due to its softness, the enamel

can be easily scratched or

damaged. An epoxy protective coating is required to ensure durability.
